The difference between the Tradition and the Vieilles Vignes cuvées:

Tradition: 50% Grenache and 50% Carignan. A very elegant nose of blackcurrant, cherry and blackberry. The finish shows notes of roasted mocha and candied fruit. Pairs perfectly with red meat and cheese.

Vieilles Vignes: 50% Carignan, 25% Syrah and 25% Grenache. A nose of flowers and red fruit (redcurrant and blackcurrant). A generous palate with light peppery hints and red fruit aromas. Pairs wonderfully with red meat, cassoulet and strong cheeses.
